FAQ
1. What insurance plans do you accept? We accept many major insurance plans in Washington State, including Apple Health, Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Coordinated Care, First Choice, Community Health Plan of WA (CHPW), HMA, LifeWise, Medicare, Medicaid, Molina, Meritain, Premera Blue Cross, Regence, UMR, United, Wellpoint, and more.
2. Do you offer telehealth visits? Yes. We offer telehealth appointments for Washington State residents. Most appointments are conducted online for convenience and flexibility. We also have an office in Auburn, WA, and limited in-person visits may be available for certain situations when scheduled in advance.
3. How do I book an appointment? You can book online by clicking the “Book Online” button on our website.
4. How soon can I be seen? Appointments are often available within 1 week. Most patients need a few days before the first visit to complete paperwork, consent forms, and insurance verification.
5. What ages do you treat? We provide care for patients age 16 and older.
6. Do you prescribe controlled medications (like stimulants)? Yes, when clinically appropriate and with careful monitoring. If indicated, stimulant treatment may require an ADHD evaluation and/or review of prior records. For safety reasons, we do not typically prescribe multiple controlled medications together (such as stimulants and benzodiazepines), due to the increased risk of adverse effects and drug interactions.
