01 — Check Fit + Book

Review our Policies and FAQ. If it feels like a good fit,
schedule your initial evaluation.

02 — Intake Forms + Insurance

After scheduling, we verify insurance and send your intake forms. Please complete forms at least 48 hours before your appointment.

03 — Initial Evaluation (60 min)

We review symptoms, psychiatric history, medical background, and goals. You’ll leave with a clear plan, which may include medication recommendations and supportive strategies.

04 — Treatment Plan + Next Steps

You’ll leave with a clear, personalized plan based on your symptoms and goals. This may include medication recommendations, supportive strategies, and coordination of next steps.

05 — Follow-Up Visits (30 min)

Follow-ups focus on symptom progress, medication adjustments, and ongoing support.

Additional Support

In some cases, we may recommend lab testing to evaluate possible medical contributors to symptoms such as low energy, brain fog, sleep disruption, or mood changes. This may include thyroid testing (including more in-depth thyroid markers), vitamin and nutrient levels, iron studies, and other relevant labs. Please note that some testing may not be covered by insurance and could involve out-of-pocket costs.

We’ll always review recommendations with you before ordering any testing.
